Bassist Chris Mapp is an active member of the Cobweb Collective and, with Percy Pursglove, organises the Harmonic Festival, which offers a platform for Birmingham's creative jazz musicians and ensembles. Mapp leads his own project, Gambol, and plays with many other musicians including Paul Dunmall/Mark Sanders/Sam Woosterand Elda with Mike Hurley and Aaron Diaz.
