Milestones

Milestones is a professional development programme for 18-25 year-olds who want to build a career in the live music industry.

Participants will attend masterclasses on all aspects of the live music industry, giving insight into how to programme, produce and deliver live events – including booking artists, managing the advance production of the gig, budgeting, marketing and on-the-day event delivery.

Participants will then be given the chance to create their own event overseen by the Serious team. The event will be held as part of the EFG London Jazz Festival 2026.

Everyone is welcome to apply and we particularly welcome applications from participants who face additional barriers in society or are under-represented in the live events industry.

The deadline for applications is Friday 29th May at 5pm.
