Tickets
You don’t need tickets! Admission is free all day – the venue opens at 11am and closes after the last band at 7.30pm
Accessibility
Beckton Park DLR has step-free access with just 200m between the station platform and our flat event site. There is blue badge parking, accessible from Beckton Park roundabout on the A1020
Security checks
For everyone’s safety we’ll be carrying out bag checks at the event, so please do not bring large bags with you. There are no cloak room facilities so please keep your belongings with you at all times. Property is at the owner’s risk whilst on the SummerStage site
Cash
There is no cashpoint in or near the SummerStage, Most traders will take cards, but we strongly suggest you bring some cash
Cycles and other modes of transport
Use of bicycles, roller blades, roller skates, skateboards and scooters are not permitted on the site
Parking
There is no public car parking, so please use the DLR from Canning Town or Beckton to get to the event. There is blue badge parking
Age restrictions
EFG London Jazz Festival SummerStage is open to people of all ages. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult
Are dogs allowed?
Yes! But please keep them on a short lead at all times
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Yes, but you don’t need to as there is a great range of food available at the event to suit all tastes, including lots of great vegetarian and vegan options. It is not permitted to bring any glass, barbeques or alcohol on to the site
Will the event go ahead if it rains?
Yes, so don’t let the weather put you off
Is alcohol allowed at the event?
You can't bring alcohol or glass bottles into the event, but there will be two great bars selling a wide range of beer, wine and spirits as well as non-alcohol options. You’ll be asked to finish your drinks before leaving the event. Our bars will operate a Challenge 25 policy so please make sure you bring approved ID
Water
There will be water available for free at the event throughout the day
Photography
By entering the event site you agree to be filmed and photographed by our official photographers. Images may be used by Royal Docks, Serious and its partners for press, marketing and archive purposes. Please advise staff at the information point if you wish to be excluded from any promotional/press use of such work. Use of professional camera or video equipment is not permitted
Toilets
Toilets, including accessible units, will be available on site
