Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility The Serious Youth Network is open to anyone aged 16 - 25. By signing up, you confirm that you are within this age range, and that any discounted tickets are for your personal use, plus one guest aged 16 - 25 (if applicable). Membership will automatically expire once you turn 26.
2. Ticket limits Members can book a maximum of two discounted tickets per event — one for themselves and one for a guest aged 16–25. If you’d like to attend as a group, your friends will need to join the Serious Youth Network individually.
3. Availability Discounted tickets are limited and subject to availability. Discounted tickets are available on selected Serious events only. Not all events will be included. Details of eligible events will be listed in communications.
4. Ticket release and withdrawal From time to time, discounted tickets may be withdrawn from sale without notice.
5. Booking methods Tickets can be booked through the links and codes sent out to network members only.
6. Use of tickets and ID checks Tickets are non-transferable and must not be resold. Proof of age (e.g. ID showing date of birth) may be required when attending events or collecting tickets. If you are unable to provide valid proof of age, your booking may be cancelled or refused. Repeated misuse of the scheme may result in your membership being withdrawn.
7. Cancelling your membership If you wish to cancel your Serious Youth Network membership, please contact us via our website. You can also unsubscribe to newsletters through the link at the bottom of the email.
8. Data protection Serious processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For full details on how your data is used, please refer to our privacy policy here
