Tajean Hutton (Chair)

Tajean Hutton currently services as the Head of Grassroots and Community at Anti-Discrimination charity Kick It Out, President of AFC Wembley Football Club and Founder of AFC Wembley Foundation. His passion lies in community development and assuring that individuals from underrepresented groups are afforded equal opportunities to thrive and excel.

Özge Iskit

Ozge is a skilled Strategy and Transformation Director, delivering strategic change & improvements in large multi-national organisations both in private and public sectors across EMEA. She has delivered complex projects from strategy and policy design, feasibility stages to full delivery.

Sam Buyoya

Sam is a senior lawyer that specialises in public law and competition law and also teaches law at university level. He is a supporter of live music and enjoys a whole spectrum of music from John Gilmore to Armand Hammer. He understands the importance of championing young musicians from different social backgrounds and is proud to join the Serious Advisory Board.

Tony Followell

Tony is Pro Vice-Chancellor at BIMM University, a university for the creative industries. Formerly he was a BBC TV music producer, senior leader at the Royal Opera House and Managing Director at TRG Arts. He is Chair of the UK charity Music for All and a Trustee for the Hay Festival Foundation.

Sianne Haldane

Sianne is Founder of Boon Impact - an impact consultancy working with companies, high net worth individuals and families supporting them with philanthropic and CSR goals, strategies and implementation. She also works with not for profits, helping them to develop and implement high value fundraising strategies. Sianne is Chair of the STEP Global Philanthropy Advisors Special Interest Group. She sits on the Advisory Committee of the UN Global Compact UK and acts as an advisor on UBP's Biodiversity Restoration Impact Fund. She is passionate about social mobility, the arts and nature and conservation. She is also a Trustee of both Save the Rhino and Mosaik Education, a charity helping refugees access tertiary education. Sianne is delighted to be on the Serious advisory board, helping this dynamic organisation.
