On behalf of all the Serious team, we would like to thank you for keeping in touch with our work during these strange times - we hope you're well and looking forward to the return of live music.
As we climb slowly out of lockdown, we are working on the programme for the EFG London Jazz Festival which takes place in November and will be announced in late September.
We're also finding ways to stage the Between The Lines series and everything else that we are planning to do from late October into 2021.
While we're doing that, we'll send you occasional emails over the summer if you sign up to our newsletter, but it may not be every week. If you want to keep in touch between times, we post daily with news, music and films on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
Our entire Serious Livestream Sessions are available to watch again here, featuring sets from Rob Luft & Elina Duni, Justin Adams, Stubbleman, Abel Selaocoe, Julia Biel and more.
Serious Livestream Sessions have been picked up by BBC1, reviewed by Songlines, and been watched by arena-sized audiences with viewing figures growing still. We’ve joined forces with Royal Albert Hall's #RoyalAlbertHome, National Concert Hall Dublin, Edition Records, Crammed Discs, and more to bring our series to audiences across the globe.
We're taking a break over the Summer (although we may still do the occasional collaboration with international festivals and partners). Expect more films and livestreams when we launch the EFG London Jazz Festival in September.
Best wishes
Ope Igbinyemi, David Jones and Pelin Opcin
