Young & Serious is our year long professional development programme, mentoring and working with the UK’s most motivated and talented aspiring event producers, aged 18-25. Young people work together programme, promote and produce events while working towards and Arts Award qualification and learning from industry guest speakers. We also host a residency for the team in London to kick start the course.
