Jazz FM Awards 2019

We are seeking 20 on the ball volunteers with an appetite for organisation to work with us on the delivery of this year’s EFG London Jazz Festival. We are London’s biggest city-wide music festival and bring together established stars and emerging talent, reflecting the traditions of jazz and illustrating its breadth and depth. Our programme is made up of premieres, commissions, one-off collaborations, talks, family events, workshops and a programme of fantastic free events.
This year there are over 250 events in over 50 venues taking the Festival to venues right across London from Friday 14 – Sunday 23 November 2014.
We ask volunteers be available for as much of the festival as possible with a minimum commitment of 4 full days.
Within this time there are opportunities to volunteer in these three separate areas of the Festival:
Communications – For 2 volunteers to assist the communications team with the Festival information stands, guest lists and press liaison. Must be available during the evenings through the festival.
Development – For 2 volunteers to support the development team in delivering sponsor and supporter receptions, and branding across the Festival.
Production – To assist the production team with backstage catering and artist liaison, airport meet and greets, as well as general running and logistics support.

Applications are welcome from those who can demonstrate a significant reason why they would be unable to interview on Wednesday 8 October.
