The eco-feminist genre-defying music artist ANOHNI returns to the Barbican to perform an intimate, career-spanning set against a backdrop of her own original films.
Throughout her career, ANOHNI’s work has embodied courage, vulnerability and a profound reverence for nature. She returns to the Barbican following her critically acclaimed tour, Mourning the Great Barrier Reef, having performed at iconic venues from The Sydney Opera House to Glastonbury Festival, where she was praised as having "one of the most extraordinary performances Worthy Farm has ever witnessed" - MOJO.
Now, ANOHNI performs an intimate new series of concerts with pianist Gaël Rakotondrabe and percussionist Chris Vatalaro, bringing us songs from across her career, set to her own original films. Known for her eco-feminist voice and boundary-shifting work across experimental, electronic, and soul music, she continues to explore themes of courage, spirit, and our connection to the natural world in her acclaimed recent projects.
