Singer and composer, Andreas Schaerer is one of the busiest jazz vocalists in Switzerland and has toured his projects all over Europe, China, South Africa and Russia. His compositions are influenced by jazz and world music, but also contain elements of contemporary-rock and avant-garde. His main focus is on improvisation, instant composing and interaction between musicians and has shared the stage with Bobby McFerrin, Soweto Kinch, Colin Vallon and Dejan Terzic.
