A founder member of Leeds Improvised Music Association (LIMA), saxophonist Christophe deBézenac is at the cutting edge of the UK and European jazz scenes. He has a PhD in music and perceptual psychology and he continues to research psychological reasons for the apparent otherworldly effects sometimes produced by intense engagement in musical activities.
