Musician, composer, arranger and recording artist, Percy is a major force in the jazz world, appearing on BBC Radio's Jazz on 3 and working with many prominent artists. He holds positions at the Birmingham Conservatoire, National Youth Jazz Wales and Harmonic Festival, and recently became aJazzlines/Jerwood Foundation fellow.
